We are currently accepting comments on a revision to the Zoning Ordinance for a public hearing to be held at 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. All persons are invited to attend the public hearing on February 16, 2022 and provide testimony regarding the proposed ordinance amendments. Property owners may file written comments or objections with the Planning & Zoning Commission within 10 days after the public hearing. Please be advised that the current zoning designations for any property in Bluff will not change with the adoption of the edited Zoning Ordinance. This hearing is to solicit input from the residents and property owners of Bluff for updates, corrections, additions and deletions to amend and clarify the language of the ordinance.
