Status of COVID-19 Positive Cases and Risk Level There was an announcement today in the Governor’s Press Conference that Bluff and Mexican Hat will move from “Orange” to “Yellow” risk status “within the next 24 hours.” Please review the Guidelines that are posted on the website if you have any questions as to what “Yellow” entails. Updates from the Bluff Town Council:  The number of positive cases for COVID-19 in San Juan County went from 47 yesterday to 78 today. Hospitalizations in San Juan County went from 7 yesterday to 10 today.  Recent numbers of increased testing in San Juan County designated sites might explain the spike but COVID-19 is real.
