Three Public Meetings for Draft Zoning Maps & Ordinances

Bluff Planning & Zoning Commission is accepting comments through

August 29, 2019

The Bluff Planning & Zoning Commission invites you to attend three public meetings hosted at the Bluff Community Center during the comment period for the draft zoning maps & ordinances.

  • Regular Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting, Thursday, August 22th at 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm Bluff Community Center

  • Special Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting, Monday, August 26th at 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm Bluff Community Center

  • Regular Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting, Thursday, August 29th at 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm Bluff Community Center

Each meeting will have an opportunity for public

The Bluff town council members will be in attendance at the Bluff Planning and Zoning Commission’s scheduled public hearing on Monday, August 19, 2019 at 7 p.m. The Bluff town council is not convening the public hearing but is there to listen to the public.


ANNOUNCEMENT: Public Hearing on Proposed Land Use Ordinances and Zoning Maps

A Public Hearing before the Planning & Zoning Commission of the Town of Bluff, Utah will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, August 19, 2019 at the Bluff Community Center, 190 North Third East, Bluff, UT 84512 to consider the adoption of a Zoning and Land Use Code. The current zoning designations are proposed to change with the adoption of a new zoning map and a Zoning and Land Use Code for the Incorporated Town of Bluff.  Following the public hearing and a 10-day comment period, the Planning & Zoning Commission will be making a recommendation to the Bluff Town Council with respect to adoption of the proposed ordinance and zoning map.
